2. Nature of the site
cynoravix.com is an informational space dedicated to real estate crowdlending in Argentina. Published content is purely informational and educational. It does not constitute a public offer nor personalised financial, legal, accounting or tax advice.
3. Regulatory framework
Collective financing activity in the Argentine Republic is regulated by Law 27,349 and complementary rules issued by the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV). Cynoravix publishes content aligned with the framework in force as of 2026.
4. Registration and newsletter
The newsletter form allows the user to receive communications about the Argentine real estate market. By submitting the form, the user declares that the data provided is truthful and that they have read the Privacy Policy.
5. Risks
Any participation in real estate crowdlending projects involves risks. Results depend on the evolution of each work, the economic context and compliance with the informed conditions. The user acknowledges that participation decisions are made under their own criteria.
